Can You automatically forward all of your emails from hotmail or yahoo to gmail?

I need a way to view email using outlook express, which only works with gmail. I have multiple accounts with yahoo and hotmail.
Can You automatically forward all of your emails from hotmail or yahoo to gmail?
OE works with Yahoo as well. However, the Yahoo account(s) must be Mail Plus accounts (paid annual subscription). The same applies to Auto Forwarding. It is possible only from Mail Plus accounts.
