I am a legitimate emailer (sparkbliss.com) and want to avoid having emails incorrectly blocked as spam by leading ISPs such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and comcast.net?

You could try asking them nicely.
Hotmail, I'm sure, have a program where you can pay them to be whitelisted for sending bulk mail.
