im trying to make gmail fetch my hotmail emails from its server but it will not let me. I don't know the port settings or the url stuff. Please help!!!
How can you enable hotmail pop access for gmail???

you can do it like this
go to your windows live mail account
options
more options
Manage your account
Forward mail to another e-mail account
write your gmail account there
and the mails will be forwarded to there..
the original mail will be removed from the hotmail account

Reply:to ☆χคηค☆™: Sorry to say that a user is only able to forward mail to a custom domain or an e-mail address that ends in hotmail.com, msn.com, or live.com. I am afaid it doesn't work in case we are trying it on gmail and other mail box. Report Abuse
Reply:I believe that hotmail does not support POP3/SMTP unless you subscribe to a paid service.
