Yahoo has the best suite since one login will get you web search, maps, answers, groups, etc. Excellent anti-spam and good interface.
Gmail also has a nice suite plus online Office-style programs. Good with POP email, too. However, Gmail's user agreement lets Google take more of your personal info for their use.
Nevermind the Microsoft ones (MSN, Live, Hotmail) and AOL (CS). Those are spammy and not efficient to work with, although they can be used as a disposable account.
