How to block certain email senders. I use Yahoo Mail, Gmail and Hotmail. Is there a way to make the mail bounce back to those unwanted senders in either of these mail services.

No bounceback features are available in all 3 Email companies.
Actually it would not benefit you if they did. Especially Spammers. They would just change the email address.
