You have to have paid accounts in order to access yahoo or hotmail through Outlook,Outlook Express or Incredimail, but if you have a paid account, you can use any of these.

Ypops will access yahoo. I don't know if it accesses the others. outlook won't access yahoo unless you have Email Plus

well, there is only one best program to do that work and that is Microsoft Outlook. But, you have to pay !
The free software that is available is Mozilla Thunderbird -http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/ It is an opensource free software.
Now, coming to one point here - Yahoo does not offer POP access until you pay for it. So, once you pay for it you can use that software.

Now, i'm not sure if ypops integrates with thunderbird and outlook or works as a standalone program.

i have not used ypops, thunderbird or outlook on my personal pc because of the fact that i hate loading my computer with a lot of files and programs.. i'd rather leave the mails on the yahoo server..
