how to create something similar to yahoomail , gmail ,hotmail ???? how much will it cost $20,000 , $50, 000?

thats is not as easy as it seems...
all those who designed these were geniuses and professionals.
it's not completely in your hands either.you'll need to set up a great mail service plus you'll have to spend huge sums as advertisement.
don't think about this, just enjoy what these people or companies have already made for you.
