How can I save all my hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail into a flashdrive or a CD without copying and pasting ?

Since I have lots of email it will take a lot of time to copy and paste. Is there any software for copying all the information in your email. For example my inbox, sent documents, folders?

Thank you so much

Reply:Just setup Outlook Express or similar to pop all the mail off of gmail or whatever. Then backup your outlook mail database.
Reply:I faced the same problem and found a decent solution.

Download the free PDF printer driver from www.primopdf.com. It will install a new printer named PrimoPDF.

From a Yahoo e-mail, click on "PRINTABLE VIEW" near the top right of the message. Your message will appear in a new window without ad banners or Yahoo folder lists. Print the contents of this window to the PrimoPDF printer. It will ask you for an output filename.

You now have a PDF file for your email message.

Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to automate this for hundreds of emails.

I tried saving the Yahoo messages as html files, but they didn't open correctly afterwards because of Javascripts and links to URLs that no longer existed.
Reply:These are server base email account that can only be save on the server...
Reply:If you use the POP3 access that these programs provide than you can use Outlook Express or Outlook to download your mail. Once there, you can export the mail to CD much easier.
Reply:Try a screen capture software.
Reply:You can reveive your Gmail account in to MS Outlook and then export them to a PST file.

You can use Yahoo Internet Mail to receive Yahoo emails but I'm not sure that you can export them to a flash drive or a CD.

You can download all your hotmail emails using Outlook express and then export them to a PST file.
