I want to synchronize my mails to a pc i have a software JBMAIL.EXE but it asks for pop3 host. can anyone tell me what is the pop3 host for hotmail %26amp; gmail?

They don't have pop3 hosts. These sites want you to go to them and check your mail while you see the ads. A free pop3 access is counterintuitive to them making money that way. I do know gmail will forward all your messages to an account (which could be one your ISP gave you which has pop3 access) and hotmail has an xml interface that Outlook/Outlook Express use to get messages. Yahoo mail lets you pay for pop3 access.
